 Our key personnel include the inventors of the technologies with combined experience of more than 30 years nanotechnology, oncology and vaccine  research. In addition,  our clinical, business and industrial advisers have substantial research and clinical experience in early phase novel immunotherapies and combinations.

 Unfortunately, immunotherapies  are associated with various adverse events, largely due to their non-specific, unwanted activities in healthy tissues.   This limits the use of immunotherapies in patients with autoimmune diseases, poor performance status, as well as elderly and frail patients, due to their potential toxicities in these populations. 

Our Patented Technologies

Novel monoclonal antibody delivery systems

 Our novel platform technology can transform monoclonal antibody (mAb) into new formulations with more targeted distribution in inflammation sites, thereby reducing the adverse events associated with the current therapies. 

RNAi platform technology

  Our RNAi technology consist of novel lipid nanoparticles  that can 1) increase the distribution of siRNAs in  inflammation sites, 2) limit the release of siRNA to the cytoplasm inside the targeted cells.

  • Geneaty Therapeutics, Inc signed a contract deal of about half a million US dollars to expands it's RNAi platform with an international collaborator.


  •   Geneaty's  novel mAb platform wins a competitive Texas Health Catalyst award from the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin.
